What is the Goals app?
Goals is a partner-powered fitness accountability app that helps you follow through on your workout goals by combining social accountability and financial stakes
Can I use the app by myself?
No. All goals must be started with a partner or small group. There is no solo mode—accountability is built into the system.
What kinds of workouts count?
Any workout that can be tracked through your wearable or smart device counts. The app is not prescriptive—run, bike, walk, lift—it’s up to you.
Can I roll over missed or extra workouts to the next week?
No. Each week is a clean slate. You can’t roll over extra activity, which keeps the focus on steady weekly effort.
Can I be in more than one goal at a time?
Yes! You can run multiple goals simultaneously—for example, one with a friend and another with a fitness creator.
What happens inside a goal group?
Each goal group has an in-app chat, weekly progress tracker, and visual streaks to keep motivation high. You’ll see your progress and your partners’ in real time.
What if my partner misses a workout—does that affect me?
No. Your accountability and stake are entirely personal. If your partner misses a workout, only their stake is donated—not yours.
What happens if I forget to sync my device?
If no activity is detected by the end of the day and syncing isn’t completed, we provide you an opportunity to sync the next time you open the app - if you did not meet your weekly target your stake will be donated. Always keep your device synced.
Can I change my commitment mid-week or mid-month?
No. Commitments are made for the next 30 days. Once a monthly goal is set and the week begins, you must complete it as planned or risk donating your stake. You can adjust goals for future months. In extreme cases reach out to support and we can cancel/edit goals for you at our discretion.
